In this day and age, everyone is trying to be green...and we feel left out! So, in our effort to be included in the green movement, we've decided to highlight the ways in which we are environmentally responsible, energy conscious, and carbon neutral!

• Our music is 100% digital and electronic (we do not purchase new CDs...it's all done online with no hard copies).
• We use (and our clients are encouraged to use) our online event management system eliminating the need for paper copies of contracts and event planners.

Okay...that's about all we "officially" do to be green. UNLESS you consider the following...

• We recycle 100% of our music! Instead of buying new songs for each and every event, 100% of our songs are used hundreds of times each year, saving countless CDs from having to be produced.
• Instead of wasting natural gas, our DJs actually produce natural gas (when you've chosen to include them on the 'people to feed' list).
• By flashing our dance floor lights in time with the beat of the music, we're actually saving power by not having them on the entire time.
• We have green colored lights (it's a stretch, but green is green!!)
• We've instructed all of our DJs to leave their socks at home, thereby cutting down on the overall combined weight of DJ and equipment in the Edge DJ vehicles. Our calculations estimate that this saves approximately $.05 of gas each year.

In all seriousness, we understand the importance of caring for our planet and operating our business in a way that is environmentally friendly. We've chosen to operate as much of our business electronically as possible, eliminating thousands of sheets of paper each year (as well as the natural resources and energy required to produce those sheets of paper). We've also chosen to use 100% digital music purchased from online sources, eliminating the need for the production of CDs on our behalf which is heavily dependent in many ways on crude oil for production. We also use good energy conservation practices reducing our need for water, electricity, and natural gas.
